Franchisor Visibility Report. This report gives the franchisor details on all participating locations.  It includes all the metrics that the franchisee receives in their Business Summary Report.  Zees can only see their own data, however the franchisor has the option of full visibility into all of their accounts from a single login.  Additionally if you have FBRs (Franchise Business Reps in the field), we can set permissions for them to see only the locations they manage and work with.

Special Attention Report. This report is designed for and only available to the franchisor.  This report pin points the franchisees that need a little extra attention.  It helps the franchisor understand, at a glance, what areas each franchisee is struggling with.

Franchisor Averages Report. This report is designed for and only available to the franchisor. This summary report provides averages of all franchise locations combined.  There are a variety of metrics in this report including:

  • Average number of phone calls
  • Average number of email leads
  • Average number of missed calls
