New Google Search Algorithm Places Emphasis on Mobile Friendly Websites

Starting April 21, 2015, the mobile search ranking algorithm Google uses will include mobile-friendly factors.

Google explains that this change to the algorithm will make it easier for users to find “relevant, high quality search results that are optimized for their devices.” With this change Google will begin labeling sites as mobile-friendly. According to Google, “…We will be expanding our use of mobile-friendliness as a ranking signal.
